2A All data provided through vSear may not always be accurate and data sources may be down for such maintenance or downtime, in such, we are not responsible for the loss of data and other information.

2B Valuations are created through unique algorithms exclusively for vSear and you permit that when linking to data from vSear you must link to us on the same page.

3A You agree, that you won't integrate into the vSear application. Multiple hits from the same IP during a specific threshold can result in IP ban and we also can track proxies so we will ban them too if necessary.

4A vSear does not take any warranty or guarantee for the downtime, uptime, content or the stability of the website.
